Pre juniors

• Swim 50m butterfly using an efficient stroke action

• Swim 75m freestyle using correct technique

• Swim 75 backstroke using correct technique

• Swim 50m breaststroke using correct technique

• Swim 15m sidestroke using correct technique

• Swim continuously for 150m using a combination of strokes

• Scull, float or tread water for 4 minutes

• Swim slowly for 6 minutes using 3 survival stroke

• Demonstrate freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke turn

Juniors

• Swim 50m butterfly using stroke technique

• Swim 200m freestyle using correct stroke technique

• Swim 200m backstroke using correct stroke technique

• Swim 100m breaststroke using correct technique

• Demonstrate breaststroke, backstroke, and freestyle

• Scull, float or tread for 6 minutes

• Swim 3x100m I.M on 3 minutes with correct technique

• Complete a backward and forward somersault using correct technique

Intermediate

• 200m medley swim

• 400m freestyle with bi-lateral breathing

• 200m backstroke

• 200m breaststroke with correct start and turn

• 800m freestyle with bi-lateral breathing

• 100m butterfly

• Racing freestyle and backstroke starting block

• 50m sprint of each stroke demonstrating correct start and turn

• Swim 4x100m I.M on 2.30 minutes with correct technique

Seniors

• 200m medley swim

• 400m freestyle with bi-lateral breathing

• 200m backstroke

• 200m breaststroke with correct start and turn

• 800m freestyle with bi-lateral breathing

• 100m butterfly

• Racing all strokes with correct start using starting block

• 100m sprint of each stroke demonstrating correct start and turn
